Hi Sophie - I've really enjoyed reading your blogs and I particularly love your very thoughtful ANZAC soldier letter. You have written a letter that conveys some of what it must have been like for the soldiers at war. My great uncle ran away and signed up for the army when he was only 17 (he lied about his age!) - and he didn't tell his family. Do you think the soldiers received letters from home? I think their friends would have become their family too as war lasted for such a long time. Keep up the good work Kind regards Mrs McMillan
